- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 3 (6 oz) cans tuna, drained & flaked
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- ground black pepper
- ~ 1 1/2 tbs dijon mustard
- ~ 1 1/2 tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- ~ 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- mayonnaise
Peel and slice eggs. Combine first 10 ingredients in a bowl. Add mayonnaise until it reaches the moist consistency you desire. (I probably used about 1/2 cup.)
