Another recipe that I made up as I went:
Plum Berry Smoothie
- 3 white grape juice cubes
- 14 parsley leaves
- 1 plum, cut & peeled
- 1 handful frozen raspberries
- 1 handful frozen blueberries
- 1/3 c. whole milk
- ½ c. plain yogurt
- ½ tbs flax seed
Blend the grape juice & parsley.
Add everything else, and blend.
PS: If fruit and spinach is socially acceptable, then so is fruit and parsley.
